Canna Care App – End User License Agreement (EULA)


Effective Date: May 6, 2025


This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Canna Care (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for the use of the Canna Care mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.



1. License Grant

Canna Care grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Access features such as product browsing, ordering, and rewards tracking

You may not sublicense, resell, or use the App in any unauthorized or unlawful manner.



2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or trademarks
  • Use the App to violate any local, state, or federal law—including cannabis regulations
  • Share access to the App with anyone under the age of 21



3. Ownership

The App is owned and operated by Canna Care. All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including all content, features, and underlying software) are and remain the property of Canna Care and its licensors.

This license does not give you any ownership interest in the App or its contents.



4. Updates and Modifications

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App, which may be installed automatically or manually. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice.



5. User Content and Data

Use of the App may involve submitting personal data. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your information. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use it as described in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.



6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App. Canna Care may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of this Agreement or other misuse. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will cease.



7. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • That any content, rewards, or services are accurate or complete
  • Compatibility with your device

Use of cannabis-related services via the App is at your own risk.



8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canna Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, inability to earn or redeem rewards, or service interruptions.



9. Export Control

You may not use or export the App except as authorized by U.S. law. The App may not be downloaded or used in any country subject to U.S. export restrictions.



10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Mesa County, Colorado.



11. Entire Agreement

This EULA, along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Canna Care regarding your use of the App. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
