Canna Care App – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Canna Care mobile application (“App”), operated by Canna Care (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.



1. Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 and legally authorized to purchase and possess cannabis products in your jurisdiction.



2. Account Registration

To access certain features (such as making purchases, earning rewards, or participating in promotions), you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity under your account.



3. Rewards Program

Our rewards program offers points and promotional benefits based on your purchases and engagement. Rewards:

  • Have no cash value
  • May be subject to change or discontinuation without notice
  • Are non-transferable

We reserve the right to modify or terminate rewards for any reason.



4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any local, state, or federal cannabis laws
  • Upload harmful or misleading content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App
  • Use another person’s account or impersonate any individual



5. Product Availability and Pricing

Products displayed in the App are subject to availability and applicable state laws. Prices are subject to change and may include taxes and rounding policies. We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse service at our discretion.



6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App—including logos, graphics, images, text, and software—is the property of Canna Care or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit this content without written permission.



7. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or feedback through the App:

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content
  • You agree that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws

We reserve the right to remove or moderate content at our discretion.



8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about:

  • Product accuracy or availability
  • Rewards or promotional outcomes
  • Compatibility with your device or uninterrupted service

Use of cannabis carries inherent risks. Always consult a medical professional before use, especially if you have a medical condition or are taking medication.



9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canna Care is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, rewards, or profits.



10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, especially if you violate these Terms.



11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any legal action must be filed in a court located in Mesa County, Colorado.



12. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
